Far From

Just because I told myself I'd update tonight, I suppose I will.
I'll have to come back to this one maybe? Or maybe I will just spend the time elsewhere. Been really hard on myself and my art lately, feels like there is no time to lose.

Can't stop listening to: this
In a perfect world, I'd like to take a break and make music, or sculpt, or write, or cook or make films or get a puppy.

  2. Maybe this is terrible for me to do. Which if you take offense I am sorry. Yet I came up with this painting useing techniques and style that I have learned from you and it also has sheep in it. This link goes to the painting http://yfrog.com/12rainydaypeacespringtimej ... I dont know what to say other then the videos you have placed upon us in just you working have tought me many ways to view the abstract of stretching and mixing images to see various envoirnments that I feel have made me create things I wouldnt usually crate. Thank you so much for everything you do. cant wait for your new stream. :D

  4. I love the texture you manage to get into your digital work. Also, more sheep in concept art!

  5. Always a fan, and these last several posts have solidified that. Your work is becoming so fluid and your mastery of colour is second to none. Your experiments into smudge and sharpen, as well as getting tough on yourself are breathing some beautiful stuff into your work man. All the best!

  13. awesome.. i really enjoy the mood in this one. and the sheeps brings a lot of peacfulness into the image. i also like how a lot of things are suggested and not rendered into oblivion..

  14. Something is different about this painting compared to your others it seems.

Were you trying a new technique or anything?

I'd love the see the PSD file for this one, or a little insight to how to created it.

    Thanks!

  25. Can't quite figure out why, but much of your work makes me think of Michael Moorcock's Elric of Melnibone series.

    Except the sheep.
